Summit XI: June 2-4, 2026
Games Industry Law Summit is the annual conference for lawyers who actively practice in the international games industry, with counsels from over 200 studios and law firms spending 3 days together to discuss law in the context of interactive entertainment.
Our community’s core mission is to enable business and creative teams at the studios to execute, operate and protect their games at a global scale. The Summit’s program, curated by the community board, covers the subjects that are relevant and impactful for the studio business here and now – from cross-media licensing to cross-country litigation.
In 2026, we organize the Summit in the first week of June (a low-stressful period), at its new venue: KPM Hotel & Residences in Berlin (with faster, cheaper and more flexible travel options for most of our attendees). As before, the conference runs from Tuesday (June 2) to Thursday (June 4), leaving the weekends untouched.
In 2026, we offer 360 seats. All applications are subject to review by the community board. For new attendees from the well-represented regions, we require referrals from one or more of the studio counsels who would have had practical experience with the specific expert.
