This is the 4th edition of Summit On Tour, following on the success of the editions in Warsaw (2023), Limassol (2024) and Rome (2025). The On Tour format delivers the same high quality content as the main Summit – but at a deliberately accessible price, to keep it more inclusive.

We expect 250 attendees representing 150 games studios and law firms coming from 35 countries (happy to provide visa support). About 35% will be attending the Summit for the first time.

The conference runs at the riverside venue of Alfândega, just a short walk from the partner hotels. Contact us for special rates and update on availability.

The stage for the presentations is set up in the Oficinas Hall (we’ll keep it well-ventilated, with all the doors and windows open). The breakfasts, lunches and dinners are outdoors, in the Quay (weather permitting; as a backup, we also rented Piso 0).

The program features 12 sessions across 2 days, focused on the topics that are relevant for the international games industry here and now – covering privacy, listing/delisting, remote work, negotiations, regional updates and UGC and copyright, among other issues.

The social program offers 3 days of networking, with 2 receptions (October 6 and October 8), a sit-down dinner (October 7), 2 breakfast bars and 2 long lunches (October 7 and 8), and plenty of coffee breaks throughout the program. NB: all of these are included in your conference package, there are no extra charges at any point during the event.

For early arrivals, there’s an informal Rooftop Drinks get-together (October 5). And for the runners among the community, a Practice Run (October 6) and a Relay Race (October 7).
