Start and finish at the Kempinski. Energy shorts provided at start (lobby area), water provided at finish (lobby area). 50 runners from around the world will compete in a relay race in teams of 5 up and down the Hill of Three Crosses. A no-show results in a €35 charge for your custom t-shirt (you get to keep the shirt). Schedule: 5 min intro, 20 min warm-up run, 5 min stretching. 10 min team selection, 20 min relay race, 10 min cool-down run back
